MRS LAURA THOMASI loved my stay at hotel la place. so cute and comfortable in a super cool neighborhood. i travelled alone and felt safe and secure. breakfast was great and all staff were friendly and professional from check in to departure. would definitely stay here again on my next trip to london!10Recommended -

MRS KAREN MAYHEWI stayed here because of its proximity to the wigmore hall as i was attending a coffee concert. it was a very easy, pleasant walk there. so much so that i booked two more concerts at the wigmore and another stay! the only downside was the lack of hot water in my room on the night i stayed. this was inexplicable to the very sympathetic gentleman on reception as the room itself was beautifully warm. breakfast was great! much nicer to be served than negotiate a buffet (fond memories of juggling cold scrambled egg and toasters that don't work!!) although my stay coincided with the beginning of the christmas break, my suitcase was looked after until after the concert although the hotel was strictly closed. thankyou for that kindness.9.3Recommended -

GUTES MITTELKLASSE-HOTELWir waren 4 nächte da und hatten ein grosses und gut ausgestattetes zimmer (upgrade auf junior suite). das bett war sehr bequem und da das hotel in einer seitenstrasse liegt, war es nachts sehr ruhig. das frühstück ist im preis inbegriffen und typisch britisch, mit allem was dazugehört und frisch zubereitet. dank der guten lage (5 min. u-bahn und bussen baker street) ist man schnell da wo man will.9.5Recommended -
